The flavour is toasty from the distinguished form to process the tea. It is roasted at high tempreture instead of being steamed like the other types of tea, which lowers the amount of caffeine.
The steeping temperature is 95℃ (with boiling hot water) and the steeping time is 30 seconds to 1 minute.
